An Organizational Meeting of the Pudtol Multi-Sectoral Consultative Council (MSCC) was convened today at the ECBJR Clubhouse to discuss updates, concerns, and the organization of the council in relation to the GENED Storage Pump Facility.
The meeting was participated in by Hon. Edmar D. Pascua, J.D., Vice Mayor Hon. Teresita A. Bulsao, Sangguniang Bayan Member Hon. Russel V. Galut, IPMR Hon. Edano T. Patayan, LNB President Hon. Brando S. Adriano together with the Barangay Captains of Pudtol.
Also present were representatives from the Provincial Office, led by Executive Assistant Mr. Donato Balag, TESDA Apayao Training Center Head Mr. Jerome Lacambra, and other key stakeholders.
The discussion focused on project updates, environmental and ancestral domain concerns, social development, and the formal organization of the MSCC to ensure inclusive participation, transparency, and coordinated action for the benefit of the community.
